Method – Virechana is a part of the Panchakarma treatment and helps eleminate excess Pitta from the body. The treatment is performed by administering Virechak Aushdhi (purgative medicine) in milk or warm water preparation after proper preparation of the individual through Poorvakarmas like sudation and oleation.
