The Heritage category of rooms reveal more character in addition to all the facilities of the Classic Rooms.These rooms are housed in small cottages and have wooden paneling with facilities such as the double beds, reading/writing tables, 24hr hot water supply, 24hr room service, Cable TV, Private garden, sit - out and a variety of bathrooms to choose from.. Some of the cottages have upto 5 rooms in the same complex.You may make your final choice after going through the various rooms listed below.

Nirnam Mana 2 Heritage Rooms

The house that is build on a duplex model displays amazing architectural skills. It has a common foyer at the entrance with intricate woodwork on the wall and ceiling. The main attractions of this building are its doors. These doors are horizontally halved and are practically very useful. This is a very small building and hence very cute in its appearance.

Kootumkal Mana 2 Heritage Rooms

This is a typical aristocratic Christian House owned by a prominent Social Leader and Landlord, who was assigned land & special Privileges by the King. This rectangular house has two verandahs, hipped roof with ornamental cables typical of its time and social status. The material used for making these fabulous Manas was largely timber laterite and kiln burnt clay tiles for the roof.

Neeloor Mana 2 Heritage Rooms

Owned by Mr. Joy Neeloor who was a local leader of Neeloor. A 'L' shaped house in timber and tiles with a broad verandah and ornamental cables on a hipped roof.

Muhamma Mana 2 Heritage Rooms

Muhamma is a cute little twin cottage with a small wall surrounding it. It is dated over 73 years old and is characterised by bathrooms that are open to the sky. There is also a rectangular structure with duplex rooms open into a common sit out in the entrance.

Kayamkulam Mana 4 Heritage Rooms

A wealthy Muslim Rawuther home. The 'Rawuther' was a designation like that of a Zamindar assigned by the King with special privileges. This is a large beautiful traditional courtyard house with a peculiar 'L' shaped corridor.

Ambara Mana 2 Heritage Rooms

Ambara is a little twin cottage similar to Muhamma but without a compound wall It is dated over 60 years old and is characterised by bathrooms that have a private garden. This is also a rectangular structure with duplex rooms open into a common sit out at the entrance.

Aluva Pushpakam 5 Heritage Rooms
 

Originally located on the banks of the River Periyar at Aluva, Central Kerala. This is a typical Nalukettu which belonged to traditional Nambiars with exquisite carvings on its wooden walls & ceilings. The inner Atrium (inner Courtyard) ensures continous flow of fresh air even during hot humid weather. Traditional Kerala houses where Nambiars lived where called Pushpakam
